If you're not 100% satisfied with our service and or products, you can return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund. We offer this extensive guarantee because your satisfaction is important to us.
Please note, to ensure that your item is accepted by our returns department, you must contact us first by telephone or email to receive a returned goods authorisation code. This code needs to be clearly shown on the outside of your returns packaging.
You must ensure that you get proof of posting. We can refund postage only on items that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without reason. The seven days starts from the day after you receive your goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that you have proof that you have sent the items back to us.
We will return your money normally within 7 working days of the goods being returned to us, but in any case, no longer than 30 days after return. Your money will be refunded in the same method used for payment.
